Goals

• Bump Glibc to 2.7 (or keep the tested 2.6 branch?)
• Bump GCC to 4.2
• Bump Linux to 2.6.27 (mostly due to official long time support) [DONE]
• NetBSD rc.d system
• Remove the need for pkgrsc-bootstrap (unlikely, too complicated)
• Tukaani pkgtools replaces Slackware pkgtools [DONE]
• DragonFly pkg_* additional tools [DONE]
• 64-bit support [IN PROGRESS]
• DracoPKGv2 (delayed)
• New installer (delayed, at least port the old to Draco Live)
